About these terms
Music Sharing is run by RMEast Youth (罗马东区青年团契), a church youth fellowship in Rome, Italy. By using the app you agree to these terms. Because the app plays songs through YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Who can use the app
Anyone can listen and read without an account. To share songs, like or comment you need an account, which requires an invite code from the fellowship. If you're under 14, you need the agreement of a parent or guardian first. Each person should have one account. Keep your password private, because you're responsible for what's done with your account.
What you can post
Please keep what you share and write suitable for a church community.
- Don't harass, threaten or insult anyone, or post hateful or sexual content.
- Don't post anything illegal, or other people's private information.
- Don't impersonate anyone or send spam, and don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the app.
Moderation
Moderators and administrators can hide posts and comments, and mute or close accounts, when these rules are broken. Hidden content is kept on record. If you think a decision is wrong, write to rmdq.qingshaonian@gmail.com.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give the fellowship permission to show it in the app, free of charge, for as long as it's there. When you share a song, it's also added to the fellowship's public YouTube playlist, without your name. You can delete your own posts and comments at any time.
Music and YouTube
We don't host any music. Songs play through YouTube's player and belong to their rights holders. We keep song details and small copies of cover art to show the feed. A song can stop being available at any time, and the app isn't run or endorsed by YouTube or Google. To report a copyright problem, write to rmdq.qingshaonian@gmail.com.
No guarantees
The app is free and provided as it is. We may change, pause or stop it at any time, and we don't promise that it will always work or that what's posted is accurate.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the fellowship isn't liable for any loss or damage from using the app. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under mandatory law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time, and ask us to delete your account as the Privacy Policy explains. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Chi può usare l'app
Chiunque può ascoltare e leggere senza account. Per condividere canti, mettere mi piace o commentare serve un account, che richiede un codice di invito della comunità. Se hai meno di 14 anni, prima ti serve il consenso di un genitore o tutore. Ogni persona dovrebbe avere un solo account. Tieni privata la password, perché sei responsabile di ciò che viene fatto con il tuo account.
Cosa puoi pubblicare
Fai in modo che ciò che condividi e scrivi sia adatto a una comunità di chiesa.
- Non molestare, minacciare o insultare nessuno, e non pubblicare contenuti di odio o sessuali.
- Non pubblicare nulla di illegale, né informazioni private di altre persone.
- Non impersonare nessuno, non inviare spam e non cercare di danneggiare o sovraccaricare l'app o di aggirarne la sicurezza.
Moderazione

I tuoi contenuti
Ciò che scrivi resta tuo. Dai alla comunità il permesso di mostrarlo nell'app, gratuitamente, finché è presente. Quando condividi un canto, viene aggiunto anche alla playlist pubblica della comunità su YouTube, senza il tuo nome. Puoi eliminare i tuoi post e commenti in qualsiasi momento.
Musica e YouTube
Non ospitiamo musica. I canti vengono riprodotti tramite il lettore di YouTube e appartengono ai rispettivi titolari dei diritti. Conserviamo i dettagli dei canti e piccole copie delle copertine per mostrare la bacheca. Un canto può non essere più disponibile in qualsiasi momento, e l'app non è gestita né approvata da YouTube o Google. Per segnalare un problema di copyright, contattaci: rmdq.qingshaonian@gmail.com.
Nessuna garanzia
L'app è gratuita e fornita così com'è. Possiamo modificarla, sospenderla o interromperla in qualsiasi momento, e non promettiamo che funzioni sempre o che ciò che viene pubblicato sia accurato.
Responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, la comunità non è responsabile di perdite o danni derivanti dall'uso dell'app. Nulla qui limita la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave, né i diritti che ti spettano in base a norme inderogabili.

Puoi smettere di usare l'app in qualsiasi momento e chiederci di cancellare il tuo account, come spiega l'Informativa sulla privacy. Possiamo chiudere un account che viola questi termini.
Modifiche a questi termini
Se questi termini cambiano, aggiorneremo questa pagina e la sua data. Continuando a usare l'app accetti i nuovi termini.
Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Ciò non toglie alcuna tutela prevista dalle norme inderogabili del paese in cui vivi.

- 不要骚扰、威胁或侮辱任何人，也不要发布仇恨或色情内容。
- 不要发布任何违法内容或他人的隐私信息。
- 不要冒充他人或发送垃圾信息，也不要试图破坏应用、使其过载或绕过其安全措施。
内容管理
当这些规则被违反时，管理人员可以隐藏帖子和评论，或禁言、关闭账号。被隐藏的内容会保留记录。如果你认为某个决定有误，请发送邮件至 rmdq.qingshaonian@gmail.com。
你的内容
你写的内容仍然属于你。你允许团契在应用中免费显示这些内容，直到它们被移除。你分享诗歌时，它也会被加入团契在 YouTube 上的公开歌单，但不会显示你的名字。你可以随时删除自己的帖子和评论。
音乐和 YouTube
我们不托管任何音乐。诗歌通过 YouTube 播放器播放，其权利归权利人所有。我们保存诗歌信息和封面的小型副本，用于显示动态。诗歌可能随时无法播放，这款应用也不是由 YouTube 或 Google 运营或认可的。如需报告版权问题，请发送邮件至 rmdq.qingshaonian@gmail.com。
不作保证
这款应用免费提供，并按现状提供。我们可能随时更改、暂停或停止它，也不保证它始终可用，或所发布的内容准确无误。
责任
在法律允许的范围内，团契不对因使用这款应用造成的任何损失或损害负责。这里的任何内容都不限制对故意或重大过失的责任，也不限制你根据强制性法律享有的权利。
停止使用
你可以随时停止使用这款应用，并按隐私政策的说明要求我们删除你的账号。我们可能会关闭违反这些条款的账号。
条款的变更
如果这些条款发生变更，我们会更新此页面及其日期。继续使用这款应用即表示你接受新条款。
适用法律
这些条款受意大利法律管辖。这不会影响你根据居住国强制性法律享有的任何保护。
